The staff was very rude and didn’t speak English. when we arrived, the woman in the reception gave us a paper to fill in and left. She left us there for a long time. Then we were given a small room which smelled like a toilet. We asked for another room and were required to pay for the ”upgrade”. We were only given one set of towels (for one person) and upon requesting another towel, my husband tried in English and German, and the man in the reception said he only speaks Hungarian. Then I went with a towel to show the man in the reception that we need a towel and he still refused to understand even though i am showing him a towel and asking for one more. We booked the hotel first and foremost because of the panoramic Finn sauna and upon arriving they tell us it is only open in november to february. We felt very disapponted and ripped off. The hotel doesnt provide bath robes nor extra towels or any soaps in the hotel room etc. The half board means that you have to try to tell non-english speaking staff what you want to eat trough a plexi glass and not even water is included in the half board. The reception provides no information upon arrival, eg. check out times etc. When i went in the morning to ask what time check out is, the lady in the reception said rudely that it says on the card you get when you get the keys, which is not true. All and all a very unpleasant stay and i cannot recommend it.

Disappointing
The spa is wonderful both the indoor and outdoor parts and the massage we booked was absolutely amazing. The location is also beautiful. Overall we had a good time, but it was regardless of the repeated inconvenience
The front desk staff was extremely rude, the standard room we booked was disappointing, overpriced and the twin beds tiny (about 80cm each). Also the minifridge in the room is turned off until you purchase something from the hotel, which seems like a ridiculous and quite disrespectful money grab. The buffet dinner was a huge letdown, I sent my food back and dined elsewhere on the second night. We didn’t order á la carte, but the food prices are a bit steep, like 3000Ft for breaded, fried cheese with fries in the casual takeaway spa buffet.
